We continue to grow and are now looking for an IT Technician with a partial role as Incident Manager, who wants to help develop our IT delivery and ensure high quality in our services.

About the Role

Together with some colleagues, you will be responsible for the incident flow, coordinating and driving cases forward while ensuring that the business receives quick and professional support. You will become a key person in the team and contribute to creating order, structure, and efficiency in daily work.

You work proactively, see the big picture, and have the ability to prioritize correctly even when the pace is high. The role also includes being a point of contact with the business, leading the team in everyday tasks, and ensuring a high level of service.

About You

We are looking for someone with a university degree in technology or IT, or other relevant education and/or work experience that the employer deems equivalent. We seek someone with good knowledge in:

Computers, Mobile devices, Tablets, peripherals, operating systems, and networks
MS Office
Incident management systems
Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange
Knowledge of ITIL processes

You are self-driven and have a good ability to see things from a holistic perspective. Furthermore, you are service-oriented and can easily communicate both in Swedish and English, verbally and in writing, with a high level of collaboration skills. To thrive in the role, you are a natural relationship builder who works easily both independently and in a group. Additionally, you are goal-oriented and structured in your work approach.
